King & Queen New Orleans Original Sneauxballs is a family-owned business. Our team grew up in New Orleans and always loved Sneauxballs, so when we decided to relocate to Texas, we missed being able to enjoy a New Orleans Original Style Sneauxball and knew we needed to bring this regional delicacy to Texas.

Now, you can enjoy one of our Sneauxballs throughout Dallas/Fort Worth and surrounding cities from our trailer that visits local areas and can be booked for events, such as birthday parties, baby showers, family reunions, school events, fundraiser, corporate events, client/customer appreciation events, sporting events just to name a few.

Owners Corey and Rena aka King & Queen are New Orleans natives but have been residents of Texas for over 17 years. Our love for one another originated in Texas but our love for sneauxballs originated in our native city New Orleans as young children. We both enjoyed eating sno-balls, snowballs, or sneauxballs which is the same shaved ice treat just different ways of how the name has evolved. Here at King & Queen we refer to them as sneauxballs.At King & Queen Original New Orleans Sneauxballs you will experience a New Orleans confection made with finely shaved ice that is fluffy like snow and flavored with the finest New Orleans made syrups. A sneauxball ice texture is fine, fluffy, soft like snow and is able to absorb the rich delicious sneauxball syrup. On the other hand, a snow cone ice texture is coarse, crunchy, granular and the syrup sinks to the bottom of the cup.Please note we are serving New Orleans Original Sneauxballs made with plenty of love and joy.
